sever abdominal pain like trapped air?

i woke up in the morning shaking and i felt like i was going to faint it feels like i have trapped air in my lower gut and also i feel a sharp pain in my esophagus then it goes away but i get really shaky does anyone know like what its called if its bloating or gas or what i know its not just farts well i does feel good after i fart lol.i cant believe im saying this
yeah i tried nthat xgas thin but its not that good
yeah i know i used to take nexium ok well its like i have airblubble in my lower gut but like huge one like cramps and like if they are just stuck i cant fart only burp and i take maalox for my pain and it goes away

Okie- first off, it’s a sharp pain. that tells you something about it. Log when it happens.

If it’s when you’re laying down, it can be as simple as “You’re developing GERD, so love your prilosec”
Chart the pain on a scale of 1-10 10 being the worst and 7 actually interfering with daily things when you’re not stressed (if you just had a nice breakfast and the pain comes, does your hand shake or is it so bad you drop the dishes? the latter answer tells you it’s higher than 7). Mark down how long it goes on.

Then go see your Dr. ASAP. There’s a LOT of stuff that can happen in your diaphragm area if it’s NOT GERD- Hernias, ulcers, angina, just about anything will cause it to react because it’s a big muscle.
