Abdominal pain that worsens when laying down?

i have been sick for quite awhile now, almost two months. i have been having pain in my abdomen, its a constant dull and achy pain that has spasms. when it spasms, i cannot move, or breathe. the pain is in my upper left side, and i have had ct, ultrasound, upper gi, tested for mono, just about everything. recently, i have been having double vision, my right eye does not stay looking forward, it points towards my nose. anyway, recently i have noticed that when i lay down my pain worsens. and instead of it being in my upper left side, its on my lower right side. i do not have any bowel problems ( i was tested). i was wondering if anyone had any ideas as to what this could be..?

Does this pain come after eating? If so you may need a medication prescribed by your doctor. I had this awful pain after I eat and the doctor prescribed a medication and I no longer have the pain. You may need to try another doctor if this one is not helping you. I hope you get relief.
