Tapeworm symptoms?

I’m 15 and experiancing

Loss of appetite, weight loss (as i’m not eating)
Strong nausea
Abdominal pain, which is really bad

Something made me think it may be a tapeworm but im not too sure so i would really appreciate a medical view??

Tapeworms are pretty uncommon unless you live in the jungle. Once in a while take a look at your poo. You can see them if you have them.
