Biology Question.?
I’m trying to figuire out this case, and I cant put my finger on it. A man in his late 60′s has recently has an angiography. The man began to feel very fatigued and had a general sick feeling(malaise) when he comes to see you. He has severe abdominal pain, bloody stools, and diaarrhea. You look at his skin which has a purplish netlike discoloration. Blood tests reveal that he is experiencing kidney failure. You order a kidney biopsy, which reveals microscopic particles of fat in the small arteries.
What could this be?
