abdominal pain pancreas
can someone please explain what type of pain is associated with pancreatic cancer .?
I am having mid back pain when i move , twist , bend sideways , bend backwards and also my lowe back feels very tight and i feel like my mobility is being compromised . i feel pain in my sides by the ribs like something is being pulled when i bend sideways and sometimes i hear a snap or popping noise . What type of pain is associated with pancreatic cancer ie. is it always severe pain? is it almost always associated with abdominal pain ? If i dont have abdominal pain would it be safe to assume it wouldnt be a pancreas problem . A little information about me is that i am a 26 year old male who has gained about 15lbs on the last 5 months.
I answered your other question and now I see you are 26. There is virtually no possible way that you can get pancreatic cancer at age 26. My father died from it at age 55, and I think it is extremely rare in anyone younger than their early 50′s. Also, in the months before it was discovered he had lost about 15 pounds. If you had pancreatic cancer you would be losing weight and not gaining weight. There is no possible way you can have this, so please don’t worry about it.
I think you should go to the doctor and find out what the problem is, because you want it to be treated and not get any worse. If your regular doctor isn’t of any help, you should ask for a referral to see a specialist. Good luck and I hope your problem can be fixed.
