Periods becoming irregular on merina and serious breast tenderness! Anyone else experience this with merina?

I have had my merina iud for almost a year now, and in the past month or so, I have had two short periods, ending a couple of weeks ago (not normal to have two periods a month since I’ve had it in), low left-sided abdominal pain, and my breasts are soooo tender for the past week. I can’t even lie on my stomach at night! I am going to the doctor in two weeks, but I would like to know if anyone else has experienced this with the merina iud. Also, I feel so moody, have since I had it in. Help! Thank you!
The breast tenderness is the reason that I can not lie on my stomach, the abdominal pain is intermitten, days between, but sometimes sharp.

I have had the Mirena for almost 2 years and haven’t experienced any kind of complications. My periods entirely diminished a few months after insertion and I do not even get period symptoms. It sounds like you need to get into your doctor sooner than 2 weeks. Especially if it is so bad that you cannot lie on your stomache. You could have a tubal pregnancy which is a common side effect of having an IUD.
