abdominal pain jogging
C-Section abdominal muscles were not cut Can I start exercising?
I had a emergency c-section three weeks ago and my abdominal muscles were not cut (confirmed with OB) My incision looks like its healing properly and I dont feel much pain. Can I start exercising specially slow jogging? I use to be 120 and and gained 80 pounds during pregnancy. I lost thirty after giving birth but still have 50 more to go and thats one reason I am suffering from mild depression as well. Please help.
Oh yeah 3wks…but just go slow superwoman! Light walking, arm stuff but come on no picking up pick-ups and stuff ok.
Yes you can but its my advice to talk it over with your doctor and again light work out.
