Anyone know what I have?

Right now the right bottom part of of my abdomin is swollen, not sure when it got that swollen sometime this week. Since christmas there has been an irritation or slight pain in that area, where when i wear my belt or if i am wearing a tight ban around it , it gets irritated. Now since sunday i been hearing a lot of noises coming from my abdominal and stomach area, like gas is moving around, its the first time i had this before and it doesnt deal with hunger. So does anyone had this problem or had experience with this before?
havent vomitted or had constipation or sickness only think is the gas and some irritation not to be considered that painful though

Don’t mess with abdominal pain and swelling, get to emergency and have the doctor look at it, could be very serious. If you are female, might you be pregnant?. Not knowing sex and age it is hard to get a grip on what you have. Rather be safe than sorry, go today, right now is even better.
