Excruciating Pain…??

I am having really horrific pains after my period. I had surgery for endometriosis, fibroids, and cysts 3 months ago. Prior to my surgery I was having this pain and thought that the surgery would solve my problem but so far it has not. I ended up being taken to the emergency room last month for the same pain and while I was there they did an ultrasound and found nothing. The doctor who performed surgery doesn’t know either. Prior to seeing this doc, I have seen several others and all they do is give me pain meds. I am confused and frustrated. This pain is ruining my life. The pain is always on my lower left abdominal area and only exist for about a week and a half after my period. Any idea what it could be?

Could be the swelling has effected some nerves which fibroids are still present and need to be buffed. ONl;y an MRI can tell, nothing lelse.
