After tubal pregnancy how difficult is it to become pregnant again?

I had a very painful experience in Febuary, I was unaware of my pregnancy at the time and went to the emergency room because I was having severe abdominal pain. I was told I had an eptopic pregnancy. My left tube was removed. How much will this affect me getting pregnant in the future?

I had an ectopic pregnancy in 74. I used no birth control but didn’t get pregnant again till 76 and conceived again in 79 and 81. These were normal healthy pregnancies and births. I had also had a pregnancy in 69 and gave birth in 70. All were normal healthy pregnancies and births except the one. No answer for it. My Dr said just quit dwelling on it and relax. He was right. 4 beautiful boys!
