Lower abdominal/pelvic pain, loose stools, mucus in stools, constant period-like cramps?

For the past few months I’ve been experiencing frequent loose stools (diarrhea), change in stool and clear jelly-like mucus in my stools as well. Lately, I’ve been having period like cramps in pelvic region, just finsihed my period cramps were very painful as usual. I am going to my doctor’s tomorrow, can anyone help me with my symptoms? My thoughts would be Colitis, ovarian cysts (because of pain & my periods). Help! Thanks so much.
also, i’ve been looking around on the internet a lot and came across a lot of similar symptoms as endometriosis, which really scared me.

i have crohns and that is how it started out. it didnt matter what i ate, w/in 10 min i was in the bathroom.
i would go see a GI and have them do blood test, stool tests, and maybe even a colonoscopy.
there is no reason to live like that if you dont have to.
i know its embarrassing, however they hear it everyday and its nothing to them.
