Is she pregnant? (Re-post with more details)?

so my girlfriend and i thinks she might be pregnant… her period isn’t suppose to be til the end of the week or beginning of next week but she “feels” pregnant… shes experiencing hot flashes, headaches, fatigue, lower abdominal pain, nausea, has spurts of extreme arousal, and mild mood swings. she also has a thyroid condition that may affect some of this. She would have gotten pregnant 2 or so weeks ago Easter weekend and turns out her most fertile days according to an ovulation calendar was that weekend. We’ve determined based on readings that with her thyroid condition and a few other factors there’s a 90% chance that pregnancy tests wont work and its still to early.

First I must say that I’m sick of hearing that it’s too early to feel those symptoms this early. If she is in fact preggo she would be almost 2 weeks past conception. I had THE WORST swollen, achy,tingly, shooting pain breasts only 6 or 7 days after I concieved my daughter and came back with a pos test 8 days before my period was due, so.. It is certainly possible. As for the other symptoms, it is possible to have all of that this early though uncommon. Some women feel conception and just know right away and might be a little more aware of the things that they are feeling and that’s exactly how it was when I was pregnant. Now the interesting thing is that I do have a thyroid problem and never heard that there could be a problem with urine testing because of that??? Maybe that’s why I THINK that I’m pregnant again (ttc and really hope so) but keep getting neg tests? …

Anyways.. If she comes back with a negative test, consult your dr. And ask for a blood test, that’s what I’m doing
