Why am I all of a sudden so dizzy and feeling weird?

I’ve been feeling strange for the past few days. Saturday night I kept having panic attacks and was crying uncontrolably for hours. Sunday I was an emotional mess. My boyfriend is scared out of his mind. Today I feel like any second I’m about to pass out and vomit. I have bacterial vaginosis and am on 500 mg flagyl twice a day. I’ve taken it before but have never been like this. My mom thinks my period is coming which it may because of the flagyl but I’m on seasonique and my period isn’t due for a month. They’re testing me for a bladder infection and doubt I have an STD but are testing anyway. I also recently had a vaginal yeast infection. I am in treatment for my depression and anxiety. I have therapy tonight and see my psychiatrist tomorrow. I can call for my test results at any time. What do you think could be making me this sick? I also have chronic fatigue syndrome and chronic pain (abdominal). Any ideas as to what it is or what I should do? Thanks.

You have so many things going on there, it would be difficult for a non-medical person to make any sort of idea at a diagnosis. I think you are obviously feeling low, and it has all piled up and made you feel awful. It is possible to get side effects from all medication, but it may be what ails you that is making you feel dizzy and weird. Talk to your therapist and psych, and make an appointment to see your GP as soon as, because dizziness should always be looked into.

You sound as if you need rest and quietness, try and make that happen and get better soon.
