Stomach/Back pains after bowel Movement?

Every time I make a bowel movement, an hour to 3 hours later I get terrible stomach/back pains. My stomach gets very sensitive and I feel kind of bloated, I also get a lot of gas, sometimes it get so bad and lasts for 6+ hours. I was curious to if this was IBS(irritable bowel syndrome) and if there’s anything I can to fix this? Thank you.

•Add fiber to your diet
