lower right abdominal spasms with no pain occuring for 2-3 weeks, is this a possible ovarian cyst issue .?
concerned about any other possibilities such as parasite or kidney issue. please respond if any knowledge. feels like baby kicking but definitely not pregnant. 110 pd girl with flat stomach. previous ovarian cyst issues few times long time ago. 38 yrs.old current
Sounds like ovarian cyst.
Parasites usually cause low fever under 100*F & diarrhea
Kidney issues usually are indicated by frequent urination/difficulty urinating; pain on urination. Kidney infections or stones felt in lower back & side flank.
Sounds like you need to make a GYN appt.
