Having persistent lower right stomach pains… What could to be? Please Help!?

I have been experiencing lower right abdominal pain since I woke up this morning that gets worse when I cough, sneeze, bend down, or press on it. The pain is localized right below my right rib cage and extends downwards. I have noticed that my stool is a little looser than normal, I’m nauseous, and my stomach is also growling and talking up a storm. What does this sound like? Do I need to go to the doctor for this or should I just tough it out like I do most things?
also can’t seem to keep warm no matter how many blankets I put use. And I don’t have a fever according to our themometer.

OMG, I had the same symptom, I just woke up one morning with the EXACT same symptoms, went to the ER later that night because it made me dizzy too..

It was my gallbladder.. I would go and get it checked right away!

I went to the er, and one month later i was in surgery, and out the same day!

It was simple, and easy..

I would go get it checked, and it could also be your pancreas.. so go get checked! Please
