abdominal pain dry cough

I have a dull pain coming from my lower left abdominal region, what could this be?
The pain is not sharp, but it’s dull and lasts for an extremely long time. It’s somewhere above my hip but under my ribcage. Getting up and walking causes pain, and sometimes when I’m sitting it starts hurting too. I don’t know if this is relevant, but my nose is stuffy and I’ve been coughing all day, though it’s mostly dry coughing. The other day my throat was extremely sore as well. Can anyone tell me what this could be?
