How Are Problems With Constipation And Connected?

Do not give a passing thought Just because you know already that both constipation and pain are connected. While there is naturally some degree of discomfort or rather pain in the abdomen area after infrequent bowel movements, it tends to goes away soon after defecation. However, a chronic constipation and pain can be the signal of a more serious medical condition that may need a ’s immediate care. Constipation and abdominal pain are both caused by a fecal impaction and thus be putting you at risk for harmful bacteria and toxins to spread throughout your body.

When feces gathers along the walls of the gastrointestinal tract and blockage forms,a fecal impaction may occurs. Usually this happens when a narrow part of the intestinal tract and rectum meet. At this stage, the feces will harden and cling to the other feces along the walls of the intestinal tract and thus a blockage form. But, once waste can no longer get past the blockage and begins to put pressure upon the abdomen while stopping bowel movements, chronic constipation and abdominal pain will soon to follow.

At first, the pain and discomfort will not be felt unless you attempt a bowel movement. Now, due to the severity of the pain, it may seem more like a bad case of poisoning than constipation especially as the wast that is being excreted happens more like diarrhea than anything to do with problems with constipation.

A fecal will cause a blockage that does not allow any solid waste past but it cannot prevent watery feces to pass while attempting a bowel movement. It is quite common for you to think that you have diarrhea, the flu or food poisoning when in fact your constipation abdominal pains are due to a fecal impaction. A fecal impactions that cause constipation abdominal pain have to be eliminated before the bacteria and toxins present in the feces are reabsorbed into the blood stream and spread throughout your body system causing infection and other serious medical problems.

A colon cleanser will also relieve a fecal impaction and put an end to the constipation abdominal pain. Colon cleansers clean the entire colon and even eliminate the feces clinging to the walls so that future blockages are less likely. Using a natural colon cleansers periodically is a great way to avoid constipation and abdominal pain.
