Did i have a heart attack?

I think 2 days ago i had a panic attack or heart attack. I am 17 years old and was using alot of Caffiene for a long time. Since then i have had nausea, fatigue, abdominal pain armpit pain and arm pain. and re occuring chest twinges, not alot of pain though. I really want to know if i could have had a heart attack

At a young age, it is very unlikely you had a heart attack. Many of the symptoms you are describing are consistent with caffeine overdose or anxiety, though. The chest “twinges” might be arrhythmias or premature heart contractions, which can be just as dangerous as a heart attack in a young person. I am especially concerned if this is still going on.

You should probably stop the caffeine and DEFINITELY see your doctor for an EKG and a few blood tests.
