negative pregnancy test, advice please?

ive been having very severe lower abdominal pain and i actually threw up twice.i also get very frequent headaches and something like a yeast infection. and the smell of certain smells triggers nausea. i went to a clinic and they said that my test came up negative but if my period doesn’t show up in about 5 more days to go back and get an ultrasound. my period is only about 6 days late. i feel like im going crazy like its too soon to tell but i dont know what do you think? if im pregnant it wont be too bad a thing and abortion is out of the question so i guess im just excited to see what it says…i know i already posted this question, only i wanted to see if anyone would say anything else..oh and my headaches and neasua have gotten more freqent in the morning and when im going to bed..my lower stomach, abdomen feels weird kinda like cramping or something but i dunno it feel like something more than that.

i didnt get a positive test until 3 weeks after i missed my period.. sounds like you could be good luck!!!!!
