I have a burning stomach pain, can’t sleep, won’t eat, can’t use bathroom, have the chills?

Last night I didn’t get any sleep. I woke up in the middle of the night with burning stomach pains and felt like I was going to throw up. I haven’t thrown up yet and don’t plan on to. I can’t eat, sleep, use the bathroom, and nothing has helped at all to relieve my pains. The pains are coming from just above the belly-button. I am a little stressed out. I am only 15 years old and I have been starting to get these pains here lately. The pains aren’t that bad during the day, than at night. Can someone please tell me what is going on in my body right now, or tell me where I can get the information on how to attack and make these pains go away. Thank-you!!!!

You really need to go to a doctor, I’m not sure what could be wrong with you but a doctor could give you tips on how to get rid of the pain and meds. I think it could be stress your 15 so in high school? maybe a freshmen? HS can be stressful just try to calm down, it’s not that bad and it flys by like lighting.
