severe abdominal pain diabetes
My girlfriend has been having severe pain in her stomach for a year now w/ blood in urine, what could it be?
She’s 16 years old. She’s been having severe abdominal pain in her lower right side. The pain varies from moderate to extremly severe. It’s very tender to touch. She vomits just about every other day. She’s been throwing up blood, urinating blood, and even having blood in her stools. She’s been to plenty of doctors (including a gasterologist) many think it’s just stress but this has been occuring for a complete year. She’s been feeling very fatigue lately but the doctors still don’t know.
They’ve checked her gallbladder, that wasnt it. They’ve checked for Diabetes and they’ve also checked for a urinary tract infection but those weren’t the case. Does anyone know what this can be???
she’s been to the ER over a dozen times
have they checked for an ovarian cyst?? That could easily be it..
Also, have they done any Ultrasounds yet?? If you two are sexually active, it could easily be a miscarried baby that they body hasn’t expelled… which can be REALLY dangerous…
Neither one could really cause blood in the stools unless there is an infection going on… but there could easily be cysts on her Kidneys too… which could cause all three.. or the liver.. or it could be a tumor in the area as well… I’d request an MRI and/or CT scan and/or ultrasound of her entire abdominal area…
