I am having severe stomach pain at the top of my abdomen, and nausea all the time… what could it be?

I am 22 yr old female. Perferated ulcer 8 yrs ago, had surgery to repair (caused by h-pylori bacteria). Just had my gallbladder out 6 months ago. Cannot eat certain foods within the last 4 yrs because it causes severe stomach cramping and or diaherra. Cannot pinpoint what foods are triggers. Been to tons of docs. I have a slilghtly enlarged spleen. Which is being monitored. I take NO medications. Gallbladder was chronically inflammed when it was removed. Also have a blood disorder Thalessemia minor. But I cant eat if I have to be somewhere because I never know when I will get sick. For the past 3 weeks I have been serverly nauseated with or without eating, and some vomiting. No elevated temp. Feeling bloated and fullness all the time. Almost looks like a my belly is bulging a little bit. Any Help Please???

This might be Gastropaereis. Just a thought but it could be, your symptoms sort of seem like it.
