stomach pain chills fever

A pain in the left side of stomach. Anyone ever have this before?
As the title says i have a pain in the left side of my stomach.it is under my ribcage (right where the ribs end) and somtimes it is a bit lower but not to much. Somtime it hurts on the right side as well but not to often. What could be wrong? Is it possible it is stress? I have not slept at all this week really as I have Diploma exams next week (worth 50% of my final mark) and I am very stressed out over this. Please help.
P.S. I have no fever, no chills, or anything. I am just tired and feeling sick to my stomach.
pretty normal. ive had pain there on and off the last couple of weeks there too. weird. i think its stress related
