UTI and kidney pain, should I go to the emergency room?

I’ve been having bladder infections for a while but just in the last 2 months I’ve had 4, and am suffering from one right now.
They only seam to be getting worse, the newest development is kidney pain. The is a dull aching pain on my mid back/flank on the right side. My other symptoms include burning and frequent urination. Sediment and blood in my urine and abdominal pressure.
This all came on very suddenly when I woke in the middle of the night with the kidney pain and now I’ve been running to the bathroom every 5 minutes for the last 2 hours.
I’ve never had the kidney pain before and my UTIs have always been treated with different antibiotics. The kidney pain isn’t horrible, but it’s very uncomfortable to lay down. The and urinary pain is the worst.

So, should I go to the ER now, or wait 5 hours for urgent care to open?

I am not a medical professional. Having said that, if it were me I would wait to go to the urgent care center.

I would say go to the ER but they’ll just make you wait for 5 hrs anyway.
