Be warned- Kind of a gross but completely necessary question following:?

I’m a 23 year old female- three days ago I began having really sharp pains in my lower abdomen region. They have been off and on these past three days, followed by diarrhea for the past two. Last night I was kept up all night by the pains, but I was unable to go to the bathroom anymore because I had not ate anything in the last 24 hours. However, I noticed that the last time I had diarrhea it had red in it, and Im fairly certain it was blood, not a lot but enough to make me nervous.
I was hoping to just wait this out, but now im getting nervous. Today is the third day with the lower abdominal pains, I have not had another bowel movement since sunday morning. I have no other symptoms, but I am on medication for the formation of a stomach ulcer. I have no idea if that has anything to do with this or not.
Any imput would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

Can you call the doctor who put you on the ulcer meds? You may be able to get a fast answer about your next step.
