I am having stomach pain (very sharp)..need to know what to do.?

This is keeping me up at night. It is sporatic, but the pain takes me to the floor. It isn’t female reproductive organs, as I no longer have any of those. I have heartburn ususally just before and sometimes during this pain…and is sometimes accompanied by frequent bowl movements, that are like water. At first I thought it was a flu, and I would go with the irritable bowl syndrome thing…but this isn’t the same. The pain is in my stomach…not lower abdominal area, and is very sharp. It makes me cry and rock. Please, can you give me any idea of what to do, I do not have insurance and the last time I went to the ER with this, once they dismissed it as an anxiety attack, and the last time as irritable bowl syndrome…I am not depressed nor do I have anxiety…the nexium and zolft don’t make this go away. HELP!!

if it’s in the back center, then it could be a kidney stone.. if its in the direct center it could be a gall stone… if it’s in the front, it could be anything…. go to the doc again and MAKE him find something instead of just speculating as to what it could be….
