My mum has a severe stomach pain, headache, fever – is it a bug she’s picked up?
For about 2 days now my mum has constant stomach pains when she walks or breathes – any slight movement. She also has headaches and feels really hot and cold all the time and has a loss of apetite and sensitive skin. She doesn’t have any diarrhea or sickness though.
Is it something serious or just a bug?

It is in your best interest to consult a doctor. I was going to suggest she might have gotten some form of food poisoning, but the lack of diarrhea and nausea negates that, seemingly. Either way, it would be wise to consult a doctor by going to a local walk in clinic or ER.
