Kidney infection or UTI, 35 weeks pregnant?

Lower back pain and abdominal pain, frequent urination, dizziness, slight temperature? I just finished a course of antibiotics for uti with similar symptoms last thursday, the symptoms disappeared for a few days, i did develop a Yeast Infection in between and now symptoms are back. Also urine is dark yellow with floaties in it?, (sorry tmi). I am 35 weeks pregnant. Also having lots of painless uterine contactions and my left side just under my ribs at the front is tender and sore when you touch it,i have had urine sample sent off today. Also i’m measuring 2cm below what i should be which could be caused by infection, right?
would they be able to tell if it were a kidney or ut infection from the one urine sample, or does it require seperate testing?

A kidney infection is very painful and you would feel it in your back. I’d say go to your doctor and get tested. As kidney infections in pregnancy are serious … if you do have one.
