nausea stomach pain tired

I’m having the following Symptoms: pains, Headaches, Some , Tired CONSTANTLY, & feeling weak..

Any Idea what could be causing this???

Not enough info. Could be anything from the flu to pregnancy to something more serious. Best to contact your doctor’s office–tell them your symptoms and set up an appointment as soon as possible.

(If you suspect you could be pregnant, take a home pregnancy test to rule that out.)
