since yesterday i have had stomach pain feel like im going to throw up diarrhea and lots of gas what is wrong?

i feel awful this is going over 24 hours now i have taken pepto bismal and tums but nothing is working and whatever i eat makes it worse and i fee like i have wicked bad acid reflux from this is it just a virus or what i have diphhen atropine should i take this , again i have alot of gas and pains in stomach and diarrhea alot is there need to go to the hospital , i have no temperature or headache though

You probably have a tummy bug , have you eaten anything that was gone off like food poisioning, the best thing to do is go to bed stay warm ,drink plenty of fluids (not tea) and don’t eat for a day or so .If your not better after 48 hours you may become dehydrated (not enough fluid ) then you could have a check up .Hope you feel better real soon .
