A one-day period with chronic pain – am I pregnant?

Ok guys, I know I know the only way to tell if I’m pregnant is to take a test, but if I have to stare at an agonising negative again I think I’ll cry!
Thats right, we’re trying for a baby, my period was 2 days late, and I had lower abdominal pains for a few days beforehand (mildly) butThursday morning I got the worst chronic period pains EVER (I was crippled over) which lasted a couple of hours, I managed to drift off to sleep and they’d gone when I woke up. I had an extremely heavy flow for basically a day and a half, now its disappeared totally, whereas normally it would stay with me 6 days. My nipples are sore aswell which isn’t too normal, although my breasts themselves can be tender around AF time.
Does anyone have any idea what this may mean? We had sex throughout my cycle and think I caught my most fertile time.

sounds like u had an very early miscarriage to me , if your tests are negative then surely ur clutching at straws hoping someone will tell you its implanting bleed or that it happened to them and all was ok and ur pregnant… better luck next time i think sorry
