Is lower pain on the Abdominal a sign of pregnancy? ?

My girlfriend has been having Abdominal pain between her chest and stomach is that a sign of pregnancy? She also missed her period please help is it a sign of pregnancy?!!!!!

She could be pregnant. But who knows at this point. It could be too early to tell or she could just be having a bad cycle. Have her go to planned parenthood and get a pregnancy test. They’re much more accurate than home pregnancy tests at determining pregnancy at an earlier stage. Abdominal pains between the chest and stomach? Those arent a sign of pregnancy. Lower abdominal pain below the stomach (Kind of like period cramps) IS a sign of pregnancy. Have her talk to planned parenthood about that if she decides to go in. Best of luck to you
