Is pain on the side of your lower stomach or ribs a sign of early pregnancy?
in some cases it is, but only if it’s in your lower stomach, and you should feel like a cramp on that side like when you make a quick move. But it’s really not a sign. I would go by your period if you’re regular, or if you feel different than usual.
