i have a pain in my lower left abdominal right on the waste line its tender in one area only.?

it hurts some times worst then other time. yes i took a poop haha still hurts havent farted no gas

Ironically this may have to do with your going poop. You say you did but if you had any trouble or felt any relief in the pain soon after you can have what is called diverticulitis. Sometimes our “poop” gets stuck in the body when it’s on the way out. Try having more liquid and avoid things like fiber for now until this subsides. The pain sounds like this condition but I’m not a dr. or such to diagnose, just to say from prior experience of having that once. After this is improved, have fiber foods to avoid this reoccuring later. There are a good amount of foods now with that in it, just google it if you are not familiar with it. But for now stay low on the fiber as you can only aggrivate it to have that.
