Gastric pain? Diarrhea? Please HELP ?

So since Monday, ive been getting lots of pain in my stomach. The pain comes every 4 minutes around there and it hurts and then im fine again. The cycle will start again. I fart and burp so many times. Plus ive got watery motion till i realize i pooed on my underwear. Its very irritating. It comes out even without force. Please help me (((
Just to add on, something in my stomach sort of like punching from inside (gurgling?growling?) after i eat and random times of the day.

If it is true Diarrhea you must have to had four watery stools one right after another. Sounds like you might have the stomach flu. Drink Plenty of fluids. Eat soft foods as tolerated. You might want to get some over the counter diarrhea medication like Imodium. It can take up to three days to get rid of the bug. If you start vomiting,and running a fever you need to see your doctor.
