severe abdominal pain?

I got a severe stomach ache after eating dinner two nights ago. I went to the ER thursday night and the doctor thinks i have GERD. He gave me meds but I still have the stomach ache and feel horrible. I’ve been mostly staying in bed and I can’t stand up straight for too long without rolling into a ball. I have no vomiting or diarrhea. What should I do? I can’t take this pain anymore.

I had the same problem a few weeks ago! It ended up being constipation. The no vomiting or diarrhea really makes it sound like it could be constipation because all of those are symptoms of constipation. But if your stomach is still hurting that bad, whether it’s constipation or not, going #2 will probably help. Drugstores like CVS or Walgreens have these things called enemas that make you go right away, and it helped me so much when it happened. So that could help.

By the way, an enema is a little squirt bottle type thing that goes up your butt (barely) and squirts this liquid in there, and a minute later you gotta go superrr bad. Sounds unpleasant, but trust me, it really helps no matter what stomach issue you have.
