severe diarrhea and abdominal pain at 28 wks.?

I’ve been having severe diarrhea, abdominal pain & cramps, gas, lower back pain and aches, and in the even it feels like im about to have an anxiety attack( i use to have problems with that) my shoulders, neck, and hands will start hurting so bad. I dintt know if this stuff is normal or if i should go ahead and call my doctor today. Ive been feeling this way for about a wk.Every timee I eat or drink something my stomach hurts so incredibly bad and i start having problems with diarrhea(sorry tmi). What should I do?

you need to be seen by your heath care provider. is sounds like you could have a virus or IBS… but the fact that you are having abdominal cramping is concerning and should be evaluated by your docor. also when you have excessive diarrhea it can cause dehydration and electrolyte imbalances which need to be corrected asap! don’t be embarrassed… it’s better that you get checked out and be fine then to not go and it be a serious complication (preterm labor)
