chills followed by diarrhea, vomiting, and skin rash is this normal?

my 22yo fiancée earlier was complaining about abdominal pains, later she woke up with shortness of breath, feeling cold (goose bumps and all to the point she put on sweats and a hat) and nausea, followed by diarrhea then vomiting, now she has dark red spots on her face I’ve been keeping an eye on the spots now for over an hour and they are still there. Should I be freaking out, is this the plague of Egypt or what?

It sounds to me like a stomach bug. I wouldn’t worry about it too much unless she continues to throw up for more than 24 hours without keeping anything down. Then the worry is dehydration. The rash on her face was probably just caused by the stress that vomiting had on her body. Give her some TLC and I’m sure she’ll be fine in a day or so.
