Persistent abdominal pain?

For the past few days, I have had a persistent pain, in my lower abdomen. It isn’t concentrated to one spot, it’s tender to the touch, it has been constant pain (not getting better or worse at night) and my abdomen has been very swollen. I have Crohns disease, but this doesn’t feel like a flare up normally does. But besides pain in my abdomen, I have no other signs of it coming back. No diarrhea, no nausea, no appetite loss, no weight loss, no fever, and whenever the disease flares up, the pain is sudden and unbearable, it feels kinda like someone is ripping me in half. This pain doesn’t feel that severe, it’s kind of a dull ache. It’s not constipation either. Any ideas what this might be?

This is not something you should ignore. Abdominal pain should always be checked out so you should see your doctor. If your stomach is swollen something is going on.
