sharp stomach pains gas

Too much gas in the stomach, and it hurst like crazy right now…sharp pains..:(?
What can I do to make go away?? Please help, and I dont have any tums or anything for hte stomach right now..
ugh im 26 weeks along and had the same problem a few weeks ago and its just awful! and painful! the only thing i would suggest besides some tums or other stomach meds is to maybe walk around a bit, maybe do some cleaning or some laundry. i found walking around and doing some kind of activity would help losen up the gas. try not to lay down right after eating that always makes my stomach hurt real bad. good luck. it will go away eventually. try to get some meds as soon as possible.
