sharp stomach pains symptoms

what could these symptoms be, tiredness, back and stomach pains?
it might not be anything but lately i have been feeling really tired even though i havn’t been doing much. Yesterday i got a sudden sharp pain down my right side between the lower rib and hip area. I also seem to get back pain regulally and pains were my ovaries are. I might just be over exagurating but i thought i would ask on here to see what people thought instead of going to a doctor incase its nothing. Thanks.
get the a1c diabetes test. avoid sugar.
