9 weeks pregnant, wondering if light abdominal pain when coughing or sneezing is normal?

Everytime I cough or sneeze or sometimes laugh, i get a tight uncomfortable pain in my lower abdominal. It really worries me , this is my first child so I’m not sure if this is expected or not. please help! Thank you!

I am currently 38 weeks with my 3rd baby! I would say that you are more than likely experiencing round ligament pain, which just means that things are stretching to accommodate your growing baby and uterus! Check with your doctor if you are still worried as only you know your body, but I had it a lot with this pregnancy…even when I would stand up it would sometimes hurt so bad I would have to sit back down!
