I have Horrible stomach pain two to three times a day and …?

Well im 14 and about two or three times a day i get the worst stomach pain ever. after about five or ten minutes it passes and i feel relieved. Now im getting diarrhea and my stomach keeps gurgling. Just today I passed gas on the toilet and just as a precautionary i wiped and when I did there was clear liquid on the toilet paper. What should i do? I’m really scared and I haven’t told my mom or anyone about it yet. I just want the pain to be over.

You should go to the doctor, it could be anything from a stomach bug to some sort of inflammatory bowel disease. It does not sound like you have acid reflux, that is something that would cause heart burn (pain in the chest) and/or acid going into the mouth. You might have gastritis but it is hard to tell because I am not sure if you are referring to your actual stomach (the organ) or the abdomen. The clear liquid is very much likely just mucus, if it is then that is actually normal but you often don’t see it. Don’t play around with this and self-medicate, especially if you are doing so on the advice of saying you have stomach acid coming out your rectum, which I can assure you does not happen unless you lost all of your intestines and they directly connected your stomach to your anus, you really should tell your mom and see the doctor. Sometimes sitting on these issues can make them get worse and harder to treat so the sooner you get help the better.
