I’ve been getting cramps in my abdominal area in the mornings, any suggestions on how to prevent this?
Hi all,
I’ve been getting horrible cramps in my abdominal area in the mornings when I wake up. The pain is so bad everytime that I would get into fetal position but the weird thing is that the pain lasts for less than 5 minutes. Also, I am two months late on my period if it helps. After searching on google and reading through forums, I took a pregnancy test and it came out negative. If anyone knows what I should do about these abdominal pains, please let me know.
Go see a gyn. It could be endometriosis. Or maybe you’re just eating food right before bed.
