Weird pain on the right side (lower abdominal pain)?

Well I wen’t to the doctors 2 months ago when I was having this problem and I got tested for HIV and all the other STDs that came back clean..
but They did tell me I got a little tiny bit of HPV and to take some vitamins which I have been taking.
This pain went away for about a month and around a week before I started my period I started to get this pain again but only on my right side I thought maybe it was just because I was going to start my period. Well I’ve been off my period for about 4 days now and I am still getting this weird pain on my right side.
I don’t know if I should go back to the doctors and see whats going on or if anyone know what it might be.

Have you been checked for ovarian cysts? This could be causing your pain. Gallbladder stones wouldn’t be your problem. that would be a heartburn feeling and pain in your ribs and back. but def go to the doc just in case.
