Weakness in legs, upper & lower abdominal pain..plus some dull aches in the testicular area. Familiar at all?

First off, I have nephrotic syndrome and have for 5 yrs…but as of just last week my kidneys are functioning at 100%. That said, in the last week i developed a dull ache in the bladder area and into the groin…then some really weird weakness in my legs. Almost like the feeling when you have a sugar crash…but I have it all the time. Since all of this I have had some “crampy, burning” kind of pain in my upper abdomen, right at the bottom of my rib cage and on both sides. My muscles ache really bad…my walking has seemed a little off and I also still have some aches thru my bladder and groin area. I was in the hospital for two days and had an MRI, countless blood tests and urinalysis, plus chest x-rays. All clean.
I have seen my normal nephrologist, a neurologist and a urologist…and none can seem to find anything. I know they were suspicious of MS and that was why I was put in the hospital….
Does anyone have any clues or similar experiences?
I’m very frustrated….
