lower stomach pains doctors
I was feeling fine and suddenly rib pain sharp stomach pains fever and pains lower stomach swollen but hard?
I had my oatmeal like I do every morning and then about 10:30 a.m. my ribs started hurting, sharp pains in my stomach, not cramping. Also pains in lower extremities. Low grade fever and cold when the temperature is 80 in our home. I also had no appetite. It made me a little nauseaus but most of all I did not want it. My stomach is swollen but not pudgy. It is hard as a rock. I am not constipated. This is the second day and my stomach and ribs are still sore and there is occassional pain. The pain was never constant. It was often. Actually it felt like contractions. No that is not what it is. I am 50 and have Lupus but I have never experienced anything like this before. I am having regular urination. I know this is probably something I will go to the doctor for but we both work at jobs without health insurance and I thought maybe there was something I could try at home. Thanks
It could be many things, all of them bad…..get to the doctor and save yourself…
