extreme stomach / lower abdominal pains?

i get really bad pains in my stomach and below my belly button. im lactose intolerant so i be careful to stay away from dairy so i know thats not the problem. they come for maybe 30 minutes then leave. i get them randomly. its so painful i curl up in a ball and cant move and start sweating. its so much pain i wanted to go to the hospital once. i dont know if cramps could be this extreme, and im not sure stomach ulcers have this effect. im gonna go to a doctor but does anyone have any suggestions to what it might be first? thanks guys!

if it starts in your belly button and slowly moves to the bottom right next to your hip bone, it could be appendicitis and you could need an appendectomy. I’m really sorry if that’s it. Good luck.
