Help, I’m scarred, and want some feedback before I call the doctor first thing tomorrow morning!?

I could have gotten pregnant about 3 1/2 weeks ago. I should be getting my period in 3 days, however this morning, I had lower back pain and abdominal pain. I went to the bathroom and this brownish dishcharge came out and almost like peices of dried up blood came out too (coffee grind like). As the day progressed, the brown and coffee grind like discharge turned in to thick blood. Now, the blood is still heavy (but only comes out when I go to the bathroom) and there are little fleshy peices in it, no clotting that I noticed.

riqht, i think its just your period .. you would be in excruciatinq pain from a miscarriaqe . the cramps would be unbelievable .
